Refunds & Returns Policy

We have every confidence in our products and subscription services; however, if you need to make a return or require a refund, our returns policy is as follows:

Paid membership/subscriptions only

If you contact us within 7 days from when we confirm your Full Membership subscription payment, and as long as you have not downloaded more than two items the resources section (which non-Full Members would have paid for), we will refund your membership fee in full and automatically return you to a free (Basic) level of membership.

You must contact customer service on support@beermat.biz for refund authorisation.

In the case of subscriptions, "when we confirm your subscription payment" means the sending of an email by WorldPay that your payment has been processed. This is effective regardless of whether or not you receive, look at or open the email provided it was addressed by WorldPay to the email address supplied by you at the time of the order.

Damaged or faulty goods

To replace a faulty or damaged item you must contact customer service on support@beermat.biz for return authorisation.

We will replace faulty items with the same item or refund your credit/debit card if the item is no longer available.

Please note that our returns policy for damaged or faulty goods is only valid for 28 days from receipt by you of goods or 37 days from dispatch of the goods by us whichever is the sooner. We will consider but are not obliged to accept any return submitted outside these time limits.

In the case of downloadable products, "dispatch of the goods by us" means the sending of an email providing you with download instructions. This is effective regardless of whether or not you receive, look at or open the email provided it was addressed by Beermat.biz to the email address supplied by you at the time of the order.

Exchanges - goods only

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items unless they are faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched incorrectly as a result of our error.

Refunds - goods only, excludes subscriptions and events

For a full refund you may return any item/request a refund within 7 days of receiving the good or within 16 days from dispatch by us whichever is the sooner.

To return an item you must contact customer service on support@beermat.biz for return authorisation.

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your card.

Please note that we only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.

In the case of downloadable products, "dispatch of the goods by us" means the sending of an email providing you with download instructions. Refunds - paid events

You may request a refund anytime from when you place the order up to 72hrs before the event.

You must contact customer service on support@beermat.biz for refund authorisation.

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your card.

Please note, we cannot make refunds for cancellations received less than 72 hours before an event or for attendees who do not turn up to an event.

Other services

This section does not apply to consultancy, training, business services or public speaking services. Terms for these services will be agreed with the client when an order is placed.
